Camp "C.O.P.E."

Camp "C.O.P.E." ( Conditioning, Obstacles, Power and Endurance ) is a workout  that uses alot more "Strongman" type events and strength exercises.  This workout is for beginner to advanced.  We go through:

  •  Log flips
  •  Sandbag load
  •  Sled drag
  •  Car push
  •  100LB sandbag  carry
  •  Farmers walk
  • *Coming soon *  Tire flip

 This workout is old fashion hard work and tough!!!

Fire Fighters have one of the most stressful jobs in America.  Below are some of the Plantation Fire Fighters training to handle that stress. This outdoor workout will :

1. Build  both Anaerobic and Aerobic Capacity

2. Increase Strength

3. Increase Flexibility

4. Decrease Body Fat & Increase Muscle

The "odd object lifting"  will condition all the major muscle groups.  This will also contribute to well balanced body conditioning.
